We constantly check our prices to make sure we offer the best possible value. However, due to the number of items we sell, it’s impossible to check all prices on a daily basis. So, if you’ve seen a cheaper price on another website…

Here’s what you need to do:

  • Send us a message using the form below, including the name of the product and a link to the website where you've found the lower price
  • Check it’s available to order
  • Check the price includes any delivery charges
  • Check the item is like-for-like and is brand new
  • Ensure the item is from an authorised retailer and not a private seller
  • Ensure the item isn’t from Ebay Or Amazon
  • Must be done before purchase
